Keeley Schmidt is a costume designer from Charlotte, North Carolina. She is currently attending Savannah College of Art and Design, pursuing a BFA in Production Design. She has been designing costumes for eight years and has worked on over thirty productions. Her goal is to help captivate an audience and immerse them into the world of a story. She loves collaborating with fellow designers, storytellers, actors, and directors. She creates a sense of time, mood, and place through extensive research and experimentation. She enjoys researching and loves getting into a character's mind and seeing how she can influence the audience's perception of a character. Keeley's philosophy is that costume design is essential for storytelling. Through her skills, she hopes to leave a long-lasting impression on the audience, connecting them to the story's world through clothing.
